Participation is optional for 4th year and up, but is still highly appreciated.
Once registration has closed, the detailed program (times, length of presentation and questions) will be sent by e-mail and made available on this website.
The day will take place at the LMA (Marseille site - 4 impasse Nikola Tesla 13453 Marseille) in the Canac amphitheatre.
Help with registration and document submission
You can register and submit your presentation material on this website.
Registration
Registration is compulsory for all: doctoral students presenting and those attending the day.
The “SciencesConf” account required for registration is used by many of the conferences in which doctoral students may participate, as well as the HAL open archive. You may already have an account after registering for a conference, or after registering for the Doctoral School's Journée des Doctorants if you attended one. Otherwise, creating an account is free and quick (click on the arrow to the right of the “Login” button to create one).
Submitting an oral presentation
Must be submitted in pdfformat.
If your presentation requires sound or the playback of videos/animations, please specify this in the comments. The organizers will check with you individually how to proceed on the day. You can also add a ppt file in addition to the PDF, which we will try to launch.
Poster
Bringing a poster is perfectly optional. However, there will be space to display your posters during the breaks. If you wish to bring a poster, you must bring it already printed.
